Leviticus 4:15-17

New International Version

¹⁵ The elders^(A) of the community are to lay their hands^(B) on the bull’s head^(C) before the Lord, and the bull shall be slaughtered before the Lord.^{(D) 16} Then the anointed priest is to take some of the bull’s blood^(E) into the tent of meeting. ¹⁷ He shall dip his finger into the blood and sprinkle^(F) it before the Lord^(G) seven times in front of the curtain.
